Johann Dettweiler, PMP, CISSP is an IT security specialist with more than six years of experience in the field, specializing in the Security Authorization phases outlines in National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-37. In addition, Mr. Dettweiler has managed and completed hundreds of projects with widely varying scopes and requirements. He brings more than ten years of experience across multiple fields of engineering and design. Mr. Dettweiler specializes in developing solution-based work methodologies to meet varying degrees of deadline and budget requirements.
Mr. Dettweiler has a strong background in, and passion for the research and integration of new technologies that address a vast scope of project demands. He is fully familiar with all NIST publications, as well as Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and other federal regulations and requirements related to information security. Mr. Dettweiler excels in the areas of risk assessment, strategic planning and problem solving. He joins TalaTek as an Information Assurance Consultant.
Cleavon Chester has more than ten years of experience in Compliance Review, Quality Assurance and General Administration in a variety of industries. Mr. Chester has a proven track record as a Project Manager and Administrative Professional with the keen ability to identify processing weaknesses, develop solutions, and successfully lead teams through implementation to create a more effective and efficient work environment.
Mr. Chester holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Kean University with specialization in Economic Development. He obtained his First level University Degree also from Kean University with specialization in Training and Development. Additionally, Mr. Chester received Professional Training on and exposure to Six Sigma, Project Management, Privacy and IT Security Awareness. Currently, he is pursuing certification as a Project Management Professional. Mr. Chester joins TalaTek as a Junior Information Assurance Consultant.
