GSA Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS)
Rapidly address vulnerabilities before they impact your network
Special Item Numbers (SINs) on GSA IT Schedule 70 provide faster access to key, pre-vetted support services.
The GSA has established Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SINs) on IT Schedule 70 to provide faster access to key, pre-vetted support services that will expand capacity to test high-priority IT systems, rapidly address potential vulnerabilities, and stop adversaries before they impact our networks.
TalaTek is proud to be a GSA qualified cybersecurity vendor in this program, supplying federal, state, and local governments ready access to services required to combat cyber threats in their environment. TalaTek’s team of experts leverages decades of government cybersecurity experience when delivering the following HACS services:
Penetration Testing – TalaTek’s certified ethical hackers will conduct a simulated attack on a system or systems in your environment, searching for security weaknesses. After testing, we will document where your system(s) is vulnerable and outline which defenses are effective and which can be defeated or exploited. We will also provide recommended remediation plans to address weaknesses discovered. GSA HACS SIN 132-45A
Incident Response – The cyber security experts at TalaTek can help your organization build an incident response plan that meets your business and information security goals while also satisfying your compliance and regulatory requirements. Based on industry best practice and hands-on experience, your plan will inform your stakeholders on how to respond to an incident and effectively minimize its duration and impact.
In response to a security breach or cyber-attack, TalaTek’s team of cybersecurity experts will work with your team to initiate an incident response plan to first determine the extent of the breach and its impact, then contain the breach by ensuring attackers are no longer accessing your system. From there our team will recover lost data and systems if possible and restore your environment to a secure state, remediating any vulnerabilities and weaknesses. GSA HACS SIN 132-45B
Cyber Hunting – During a TalaTek Cyber Threat Hunting engagement, our security analysts will leverage deep knowledge and experience to conduct an analysis of your security data and systems, leveraging knowledge and experience to identify suspicious behavior and advanced threats that may evade automated security solutions. TalaTek Cyber Hunting services are a proactive resource you can leverage to ensure the cleanliness of your environment. GSA HACS SIN 132-45C
Risk and Vulnerability Assessment – A TalaTek risk and vulnerability assessment identifies and defines security vulnerabilities found within your infrastructure. A vulnerability assessment is an in-depth evaluation of your risk posture that helps you better understand the current state of your risk management program. With this assessment in hand we can then build a plan to prioritize threat remediation, addressing the most serious risks to the highest value assets first. GSA HACS SIN 132-45D
