Cory Russman is a project manager for several TalaTek contracts, overseeing daily tasking and assignments for the life of each project, producing quality documentation, interacting with clients, and coordinating with team members. Mr. Russman works on security control assessments and enterprise-wide threat and vulnerability assessments. In addition, he serves on the TalaTek Change Control Board (CCB) as the Change Board Chair. In this role, he sets up regular meetings, tracks and documents change items and decisions, and serves as a voting member. Mr. Russman is a Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM). He has previous experience with government contracting project management, working as a project coordinator performing a business impact assessment for the Office of Personnel Management.
